Looking for a quick and easy salad to rustle up this week? Our Griddled Beef, Potato and Leek Salad will not disappoint! With both shredded cavolo nero and sliced leeks for a green veg boost, what's not to love!
✔️ 300g baby new potatoes, halved diagonally

✔️ 2 tbsp olive oil
✔️ 1 red pepper, sliced
