Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 2 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 50g shredded Kale

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a liquidizer and pulse until smooth, pour into a glass and serve.

Cooking Tips

Try using oat milk or normal milk instead of the almond milk.
