Kale Bloody Mary

  • 400ml tomato juice
  • 75g kale
  • 4 tbsp vodka
  • Dash Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash Tabasco (optional)
  • Ice
  • 2 celery sticks


  1. Place the tomato juice and kale in a liquidizer and blitz until smooth. Strain through a sieve and add the vodka, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco (if using).
  2. Pour into 2 long glasses filled with ice and serve with a stick of celery as a stirrer.
