                    Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
 - 1 onion, sliced
 - 1.2 litres chicken stock
 - 125g medium egg noodles (approx. 2 nests)
 - 200g bag sliced cavolo nero
 - 250g roast chicken, shredded
 - 1/2 x 25g pack chives, snipped
 - 2 tsp light soy sauce
 
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes. Add the stock and bring to the boil. Stir in the noodles and allow to softened and separate a little, then add the cavolo nero.
 - Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in the chicken, chives and soy and heat through for a 1-2 minutes.
