Ingredients

  • Shredded cavolo nero
  • Paprika
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C, gas mark 6
  2. Toss some cavolo nero in oil and paprika.
  3. Season and spread out onto a large baking tray.
  4. Roast for 10 minutes until crisp.

Cooking Tips

Use chilli powder instead of paprika if you fancy something a little more spicy
