1 tbsp oil

1 small onion, sliced (150g)

1 clove garlic, crushed

200g pack cavolo nero, finely shredded

300g cooked roast potatoes, roughly chopped

100g shredded ham hock


1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and garlic for 2 minutes, add the cavolo nero, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

2. Add the roast potatoes and add the ham and cook for 2 minutes, pressing the potatoes with the back of the wooden spoon to break them down a little. Season and serve.
